Leelanau
County
Democratic
Party "stuff"!
Both of these outstanding leaders are up for re-election in 2010. In addition, we will have
Democratic candidates for State Senator, Attorneys General, Secretary of State, Michigan
Supreme Court and Governor. With our state due for re-districting after the 2010 census, the
importance of electing Democrats to state office cannot be overstated. In addition, Leelanau
County, like the rest of Michigan, faces many challenges in the coming year. Electing
Democrats to the County Commission is a primary goal for the LCDP. This is an area where
volunteer help of all kinds will be of paramount importance. Let us know how you can help.
