The Leelanau County Democratic Party works on improving life for all Leelanau County
citizens.  We participate in county, state and national conventions and take part in the
process of developing resolutions and the party's platform.  The four resolutions below
were adopted at the Leelanau County Convention, held February 7, 2009.  These
resolutions went to the state Democratic Party for consideration at the February 21 State
Convention.
RESOLUTION 1

Calls for a single-payer federal heath care plan.
